Return, Exchange & Cancellation
Return and Refund Policy:
- Selling agents may request advance payment (10%) for orders above Rs. 10000.
- Items must be unused and in original condition for return.
- Incomplete products are eligible for refund or exchange.
- Original packaging and invoice must be returned with the item.
- Customer has to pay shipping cost.
Exchange Policy:
- Products can be exchanged within 7 days of ordered.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all accessories (if provided)
- Burned or misused products are not eligible for exchange.
- Customer bears return shipping costs.
Order Cancel Policy:
- Vitalvibe.pk reserves the right to cancel orders without notice.
- Customers must pay 10% advance payment for new orders if previous orders are not received or got delivery failed.
Order Cancellation Procedure:
- Customers must inform within 6 hours of placing an order for cancellation.
